What Class should I take?

I can take a number of additional short, student lead classes, I am just not sure which one to take. 

Here are the ones I have it narrowed down too so far. 
  • Rock-climbing
  • Discover Wine - wine-tasting class, finishes at the worlds southernmost winery!
  • Surfing
  • Massage
  • Indian Cooking 
Let me know which one(s) you think I should do.
