On Sunday I walked- A LOT. I did the coast to coast- I historical, and cultural trail that crosses the isthmus- so I started at the Pacific and ended at the Tasman. And it was only 16 kilometers! Along the path I went through a few parks the War Museum, Mt Eden, the highest mountain in Auckland- A volcano! and I also visited One Tree Hill! It did not have a tree at the top. there was, however, and obelisk. I was very tired after it and took a bus back. Later that afternoon I tried to walk to the bridge, but it was closed to pedestrian traffic.
